Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Bonavi exists to help you earn honest reviews from real customers. To keep the Service trustworthy and legal, you agree to the following when using Bonavi.

You may

  • Ask genuine customers for honest feedback.
  • Send review requests to people who actually did business with you.
  • Display your review QR code and link in your place of business or communications.
  • Forward genuine Google review-notification emails you received to your own Bonavi inbound address, to import reviews automatically.

You may not

  • Pay for, or offer any incentive (discounts, freebies, entries) in exchange for, reviews.
  • Create, buy, or solicit fake, bot, or misleading reviews.
  • “Review-gate” — that is, screen customers to send only happy ones to Google while diverting unhappy ones elsewhere.
  • Send review requests to people who did not consent to be contacted or who are not your customers.
  • Forward emails you do not have the right to forward, or use your Bonavi inbound address for anything other than genuine Google review notifications — do not forward spam, unrelated personal correspondence, or bulk/unsolicited content.
  • Use the Service to violate Google’s policies, the Competition Act (Canada), Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, or any anti-spam law (including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, “CASL”).

Fake reviews and incentivized reviews can expose you to regulatory penalties. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this policy. You are responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules.
